CONSISTENCY IN PRAYER (Psalms 119:164; Daniel 6:10; Acts 1:14; 2:42; 3:1; 1 Thessalonians 1:2)

Most times, prayer transcends the length to how CONSISTENT one is in keeping the Holy Sacrament. As the adage goes, little drops of water makes an ocean. What would mean the most very often though ignored is the little time set aside to seek God and hone our relationship with Him daily which would greatly impact and grow our spirit.

Consistency is the practice of being firm and resistant to movement away from a particular profession. It’s about being the same daily.

Frequently, believers forget that prayer is communication with God and as such should be engaged consistently as communication is the lifeline of every relationship.

We see Daniel praying three times every day even as a senator. David was connected to heaven seven times every day. Jesus, a great while before dawn, went to the father, every day. The apostles went to the temple at the hour of prayer every day. Paul prayed always for the church of Thessalonica.

In this quarter, by the illumination from God’s Spirit, we would be perusing the dynamics of keeping a daily routine of communication with God and the structures as seen in scriptures needed to stay consistent in prayer.

Blessings!
