ENCOUNTERS THROUGH PRAYER
(Jeremiah 33:3, Luke 9:29-31, Philippians 3:10-14)
Hello dear!
Welcome to 2023.
Surely, the heavens are full of God’s promises, blessings and comfort; however, this comfort can only be obtained and fetched through prayers (Jeremiah 33:3) Call upon me, and I will answer thee…
Believers, haven received an intimation of this kind, must be humbly earnest with God for further discoveries of His kind intentions.
Dear FECAite, I know we have prayed, but we must pray again.
If we expect to receive comfort and blessings from God; we must “continue instant in prayer.” We must call upon Him untill He answers us. All that we are and will become are attainable in God and through prayers. Even Christ Himself had to go through this process and practice of prayer (Luke 9:29).
In this season, let us build a consistent culture of prayer. it is through this culture that we will receive from God.
Encounters are clear and full prospects of all things; hidden things, but which are already known to God. It is impossible to understand these things except through prayer.
In Luke 9:29, Jesus Christ humbled Himself to pray and He was exalted. He knew that His assignment was designed for Him at that time, and therefore sought it by prayer.
Christ had to fetch out by prayer; the favours and packages that were purposed and promised to Him. Ask of me, and I will give thee… (Psalms 2:8)
By this, we could tell the honour he placed on prayer and it’s necessity thereof, thereby recommending it to us.
Prayer is transfiguring; it is transforming! If we put our hearts into it, we will begin to behold the glory of the Lord and then be changed into the same image from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:18)
By prayer, we fetch the wisdom, grace and joy, which makes our faces to shine (Exodus 34:29-35)
Will you join me in this pursuit? Let us press until we handle!
Happy new year to you and yours.
Your brother in labour,
